noise

i've been looking for the sorce of noise for the last month,  thought it was the cracked exhaust manaifold, still not sure if it wasn't part of it,  any way today i put it on blocks had the wife get in, put  it in drive with foot on brake and gave it some gas,   got under neath with a rubber hose and checked all over,  o, i should have also added that when i cruise theres no pr;oblem,  but when i hit the gas under a load is when i hear all these noises,  so getting back under neath,  i found where 99% oif the noise comes from,  touching the oil pan by the rear seal it sounds like a spun bearing,   anyone have any other ideas???,  thanks   jerry

If it's a knocking sound and it's only under load
it most likely a rod bearing. How is the oil pressure?
