Rear Deck Weatherstripping

Good morning Guys, does the weatherstripping go on the deck  or on the body i am assuming the u-shape down in the groove, close to get the car out of the paint shop so I need to do that and the hood to cowl piece, and on my front bumper I have 2 holes in the middle about 2" apart, i guess for license plate bracket, where would a guy find one of them?

THE WEATHERSTRIP GLUES TO THE TRUNK LID , AND GOES WITH THE U SHAPE DOWN. THE COWL STRIPE JUST SLIDES UNDER THE COWL WIPPER PANEL AND THE SREWS WILL HOLD IT IN PLACE. FRONT LICENSE BRACKET IS EASY TO MAKE OR POST A WANTED TO BUY AND I AM SURE SOME ONE OF THE GROUP HAS AN EXTRA . HOPE THIS HELPS TOM
