This is a tool that has come in handy so many times I can't count. It's  a little sheet metal brake with removable male dies that fits in your 5 or 6" vise. Harbor freight...around 12. if I remember. very limited capacity because of the depth of your vise, but real handy for small parts. On the tailight ring I recently posted (hanging on the back of the vise), I stood the male die upright, tightened in the vise, with the shortest section of die, to get up into the ring area behind each tab so I could work the tabs with a hammer.   Rich
