Does anyone know were I can purchase the rear differential gear kit for my 57 Ranchero I'm looking to go to a 3;00 Ratio I'm in hopping to find a supplier in the Buffalo or Fort Eire  N.Y. area A phone # or site would be great.

Few months back there was a lot of discussion on the HAMB about new 9inch gear sets. Complaints dealt mostly with noise and short lifespan of gears. And it wasn't from just one provider seems it covered most of the major players in the gear aftermarket. It all seemed to go back to the fact that most of them were outsourced to of all places (yes you guessed right) CHINA.  I'd be looking for a good used made in the USA set.
