59 armrests

Would anyone happen to know if 59 armrests will fit in place of a 57 armrest?

Just so that our members know. I have found that the 59 armrests fit
the 57s perfectly. The spacing of the mounting holes are 5 1/2 inches
center to center, same as 57, 58. I know that they aren't the originals
for our cars, but they are readily available and will work for me until
I can find a proper set of 57 style for my car.

Hi, Bob. Yes, I sent it out for body work and paint. They are doing the color sand and buff this week.
I should be able to pick it up in the next couple of weekends. I had it painted black. I cant wait
to get it back and put it back together.
