Possible engine trade

I have a 1960 Ford 4door that has a good 352 fe motor and trans.
The car is really to good to pull the engine and trans and scrap, with very little work you can drive the car.
Wanting to trade car for a 352 engine and trans or a 1969/1970 351 W and trans.

What year is the 390?
Car or truck motor?

It has TE (truck) all over it.  Don't trust my memory but I think it has points making it pre '74.  Brackets and pulleys...manifolds...might have a 4bbl intake...starter.  Anymore details and I'll have to go up in the hay loft and check.  Sure I'll trade it.
