14" to 15" Trim ring adapter

Guys,
   Has anyone on this forum heard of the 14" to 15" Trim Ring Adapter. It's for using 14" wheel covers on 15" wheels. Chevy made some to put a 15" wheel cover on a 16" wheel in the 80's I think. They've got one on Ebay now. That would make our lives better expecially working with late 50's cars. If you know who makes them or heard of a place that has them, speak up.
