Need Bolt on floor shifter for 3 spd trans. '57 custom with 223 eng.

I've had it with repeated stiff column shift problems.  Any ideas on floor shift conversions?  Your help is appreciated.

When I had my 1st 57 as a kid, I put a Hurst Competition Plus 3-speed floor shift behind my 272.  Shifted and looked great.  No power shifts though, not long after I got that car I ran it out to 45 mph in low gear.  Yep, sucked a valve.  No tach, no hanging big shifts. LOL
