I found one that claims strong runner (but it is already out) for 350. How much should I expect for a gasket and ring kit? Anything else I should look at on it? Also, is that a good price?

Gaskets and rering not much more than for anything else, but the main bearings are brutal, a little over $250 if you can find them now....
By the way, thats a good price if it is a 312, crankshafts go for more than that now.  Better verify.

Yea.. With yo Mr Potter... I rebuilt my 312 a little over a year agao, including shipping to Australia I didnt see much change out of $1500 AUS for just the parts.. Cheers
