That answer is simple. Call Ford Motor company or add them to the list of GMC, Chevrolet and Chysler dealerships just like them. I once bought a new Riviera from a dealership in town. About six months later I met a guy that had worked at that dealership up until a month before. He asked me if I'd had my 3 month checkup on the Riviera yet. I said yes. He said he used to do all the new car checkups. He'd take a sticker out, hang it on the rear view mirror and park it in another spot. He said the whole checkup lasted 15 seconds. Jim PS.  He said besides doing new car checkups he sweep the floor and did oil changes also. One of their better Auto Repair Specialists.

Like Rich said, without details its hard to commet. I worked at Ford dealers for 40 yrs. & it seems like the last 10yrs all of the departments in them are run by "bottom line non-car people". You may get to talk to a Ford service rep if its a service/warranty issue. If its a new/used car issue, I wouldnt hold my breath. Bottom line is "squeaky wheel gets the oil".

Not interested in going to higher ups. Just venting. No revenge other than not going back to the dealership. On the rebound they tried to make it right but the trust was already broken, so I walked away. Not sure I could trust future dealings with them.

The thing to remember is their job is to seperate as much long green from your left rear pocket as they can, your job is to minimize how much damage will be done.

That said, the local delealership I have done business with since moving into the area did a good thing for me.  The Shelby GT500 came out in 07, the owner of the dealership (Jim Skinner) had a convertable, I looked at it, had an 03 Cobra 10th Anniversary he wanted, I lusted after a coupe, offered him a left over 07 deal, he just smiled and walked away.  December of 07 started the GT500 thing again, different dealership.  Talked to a salesman, sounded like he would deal at sticher.  Drove down (40 miles one way) only to be low balled with trade-in and "value added" to the sticker price of an ordered car.  Walked out, stopped by Skinners and talked to my sales rep and we were having some good grins when Jimmy walked by and wanted to know what was so funny, told the story, he smiled and walked away.  Next morning I get a call at work, it is the dealer's number, figured my sales guy so answered like it was, it was Jimmy, said he would order the car and we would see if it get picked up.  Offered me top dollar for a trade and told me he would sell it to me at sticker.  Told him I thought I could get 2 - 3 K more if I sold my self, he said go for it.  Already long story shortened, the car came in, a fellow was in looking for "MY" car, saw it and offered Jimmy 10K above sticker for it.  Well, my red with white stripes 08 Shelby GT500 is parked in my yard.  It goes without saying Jimmy has earned my loyalty for a long time to come.

Bill, the owner of that dealer sounds like a good guy. The owner of the last dealer I worked for had trouble financing the purchase of the dealership. He met a local banker in town that was able to make the deal go thru. Fast forward a couple years, the banker came in wanting to buy a new car & hoped he could get some sort of break on it. The owner more or less told him to "pound sand". I think he bought a Ch**y. The owner finally retired & his kids took it over but the apple didnt fall too far from the tree.
