Different written language

A few days ago I changed computers and needed the help of James to change my password because my old email address is no longer working.  The change was made thanks to James, but now the information below my name at the top of the page and the times of posting are all written in Russian (I believe it is Russian).  Is this forum being hacked?

I'll get it...just for whatever reason, everything defaults to Albanian, the first alphabetical language in the list...sorry.
