Working on a car is a pain,specially when the screw holes are stripped,so here is a little Tip for everyone,so you don't have to go to a bigger screw.I use grafting tape,a little around the screw and it generally will hold tight.Tune in next week for another tip,on how to get around the Honey Do List.

I think it's what the nurserymen use to graft trees.

maybe a typo..drafting tape? (masking tape). Drafting tape is used in the arts/blueprints, etc. It is designed to be removable without tearing the paper it is holding to the drafting board.

Its grafting tape,used to graft scions to  other plants and trees.its a vinyl like tape with a wax coating on it. You can find it on the internet,and some nursery shops have it.

You can use some of the foldover type clips like they you get with a set of new speakers.  Just make them slide over the metal over the stripped holes and it will hold good and not strip again.
