Not sure if this has been posted anywhere on here before, apologies if it has but I just couldn't help myself. A great post on the HAMB re 427 SOHC. Especially loved this one cos it shows my two favourites, a 57 Ford with a cammer in it. Check out Holman and Moody's warehouse full of cammers, be like a kid in a candy store.

That 57 Ford Cammer is owned by Bob Dixon from the Windsor area(across from Detroit....)The car was built in the late sixtys with that engine... berfore that. it had a 352 FE that ran lo-11's..... yes....
His brother has a 57 Ranch with a cammer in it as well.
Saw that thread.... pretty groovy.

Many years ago while visiting in Los Gatos, California I stopped by Ferrari of Los Gatos.  The owner of the dealership was a hot rodder and had his shop build a 1957 Ford 300 2 door with Nascar type suspension and a 427 Cammer motor. He gave me a ride around the block.  What a ride.  Unfortunately I did not have a camera at the time and this was before cell phones.
