Heat wave today. It was about 40* out. Roads were dry after 3 days of rain. Wife and I went for anout a 60 mile ride stopped and picked up January 1957 Life magazine ....

Hmmm thats strange .... the store I was in had plenty.
sometimes i only type part of what i ment to. I was at an antique shop.  I read that the US is going to try to go to the moon some day.

I'm from NY originally so I recognize the white stuff and hope I never have to see it again  I've had my 57 out for rides the last two weekends in the cool 70's.

I'm with you on that one.  While leaving WI to head back down here the temperature was -14, didn't know if the truck outside temp sender would read that low....it's a southern born and raised truck.....

Did you make sure you put winter air in the tires?

No, I used all the southern air but I did get a nice two tone paint job out of it, red hood, roof and bed along with white sides and tail gate!
