Seat cover options

I'm looking at all of the options for seat covers for my Ranchero.  I know Lebarron Bonney get recommended but they are expensive (I know quality doesn't come cheap!) but their shipping costs were almost as much as the trim cost.  I've had two local quotes to retrim the seat in a similar to original style but they're around $1,500 for the one bench seat. 

Do I have any other options?  An internet search hasn't found any other suppliers, Macs do various covers but only for the various 55 and 56 sedan models.  Will any 55 or 56 covers fit my Ranchero?  Total originality isn't too important but original colours (pale blue & white) are.  Or does anyone know of other seat cover suppliers?

The 55-56 seat is quite different than a 57.

If you have a local upholsterer you can order fabric from SMS in Oregon.

L-B does make top quality seat covers but, the prices went way up from ABC's
(the co. L-B bought out).
