Made the 2 1/2 hour drive to a swap meet in Monroe Washington today, a fair of 57 Ford stuff, and not just wheel covers and tail light housing(there was a bunch of that!)
One guy had a NOS 57 LF fender ($1200. 00, Yikes!), he also had 3  aluminum T Bird Y block valve covers ($200.00 for a pair that had been chrome plated, 100 bucks for the single cover, a pair of 312 2x4 barrel intake manifolds, 1 bare for $295.00, $380. for the other, $850 for the carbs, no linkage or air cleaner. He also had an original McCulluch supercharger. One seller had a stock iron 57 312 4 barrel intake manifold, pretty high at $300.00. One guy had some photos for a 57 Custom 2 door sedan he wants to sell, looked pretty solid in the photos, with a running 6 cyl 3 speed manual for$2700.00. Other 57 stuff included a couple of hoods, several grills, hood ornaments, plenty of side trim, a few rechromed bumpers. Some 58 stuff included a front valance, grill, header panel, and misc trim, and a dash assembly. Did anybody elso go to Monroe?
