Are the coil spring rubber insulators installed at the top of the coil, or the bottom of the coil.........or both?

The bottoms can't have one because the end of the coil has to fit into the pocket/stop that is formed into the lower control arm. Necessary to stop rotation of the spring and maintain it's proper function.
