Afternoon,
Not sure where i got this photo from, but im dangerously close to putting my master back in and i like this brake light switch setup.  I have the brass banjo type fitting off the original master, but the bolt is too long.   My new master looks basically identical to this one (drums x 4), and it does have the inverted flare cone inside the connections.   I cannot find a banjo bolt with the npt connection in the back end of it.   Anybody have any ideas of how/with what this set up was accomplished?   Can it be done if the master has inverted flares?   The original master did not have the flare.

Can't help with the how and what, but here's a source for plumbing fittings, adapters, etc.

They are in Lake Havasu, machine their own fittings.

Or you could go with the pedal mount switch if you can find the correct fittings. You will need the plastic bushings and also have to lengthen the wires.
