On Monday 5/20/2019, Randy Conner passed away.  For those of you that did not know him, he was an avid 1957 Ford collector and probably the most knowledgible person I have ever known on the 1957 Ford.  He helped so many people (including me) with locating hard to find parts and cars.

Here is a link to his obituary.  If you were a friend, or just knew him, please take a moment to offer comfort to his family.

Had been in touch with Randy several times and he was always trying to help out with information and parts. Quite a character with his racing habits and love of old Fords. Now I will cherish the parts I got from him even more. RIP Randy !

Jay is currently having difficulties with his computer, so he asked me to post this :

Quote from: Ecode70D JayRandy was a real serious Ford person .
He especially loved 57 Ford's and Y blocks.  It would be impossible to count all the people that he touched in some way during his lifetime. We were in touch by email , but he never mentioned that he was ill.
Now l will remember him when l look around and the things that came from him.
Rest in peace Randy and God bless his wife and family.     Jay Arrow

Was at his cabin deep in the woods a couple of times.  He was a great 57 Ford guy!  Circle burned in a 57, did very well, couple of championships.  His house was a true work of art.  If there ever was an E-code expert it was him.  Fun, interesting, and always the gracious host.  Always willing to sell/share parts, truly interested in your success with your project and willing to help in any way.  Just a real nice guy!  My condolences to Midge and family.

My teenage son and I went up to visit Randy a year ago and had an absolute ball.  His grandson Reid is a '57 enthusiast as well; and he and my son really hit it off.  Our condolences to Reid and the rest of Randy's family.

In honor of Randy, I picked some of the pics he sent me over the past few years. I think you guys will like it and I hope this is how Randy would have wanted to be remembered. Godspeed !
