manual to power steering

need more hlp fast guys. i took the manual steering and linkage off. had 2 bolts on the idler side to frame on side of frame. put the power linkage on and where the idler blots to frame it has only one bolt thru side of frame and two bolts up from the bottom. i have the holes for the bolts but no nuts in the frmae to hold them. what do i do short of cutting two holes in the top of the fram and using 2 longer bolts and nuts to hold the unit on. thanks guys   skip
