57 idler arm and bushings help

 Right now I am sort of stuck trying to figure out how to remove and replace the idler arm and bushings on my 57 with power steering. I have read the ford manual and it tells me about using the special ford tool part . I dont have one and do not know anyone who does. I know there has to be a way  to replace them. Any input will be a great help to me on this matter.
