Want to try to power coat them with Eastwoods  15999  EXTREME CHROME

Ford Blue blood

They are going to have trapped gasses.  I have found aluminum manifolds are prone to "bubbling", I suspect those pieces will be prone to the same.  Experimenting has found that putting them in the oven and baking them at 400* (use the temp gun to determine actual temp of the manifold) for 15 minutes, let it cool down to room temp, then heat to around 212*, apply the powder and then heat to cure the powder.

The first manifold I did with this procedure turned out a nearly perfect finish, my first try without pre-heating resulted in lots of bubbles in the finish.
