Thanks Jeff and Pat.

Legal Cheater update from the new owner - Y-block magazine is very interested in the car as it is well known to that bunch! Hope to start showing it late this year with the 56 T-bird we are campaigning along with a 57 T-bird Pro Mod with a supercharged Y-block which we think is capable to hit 1000 hp but to run dependably @ 800 hp to run in "B" gas next year hopefully! We are using a steel girdle to tie the Block and mains together to take serious boost from the blower, it should prove interesting if we can do it! Thanks for all your help[/i][/i].

Thank you for posting that for us.
Pat
Your car is absolutely beautiful.  We have a lot of great guys on our 57 Ford forever site.
It is great to see Y blocks.  The very first engine that I rebuilt back in the old days was a Y block in
a tar paper shed with a dirt floor.  Jay
