filler neck enclosure

i have a 57 ranchwagon. it was in pieces when i got it. i have the fuel filler neck but as i open the fuel door i can see the ground. what goes around the neck please? i feel i may have to make something if i cant find one. Thanks Mark

Nothing.  Don't know why but that is the way they were built.  The gas cap is vented, the tank has no vent in it unlike the rest of the line.  Rancheros and wagons shared the same body/frame structure.
