Y-Block 2 Barrel Carb Spacer

Looking for a Y-Block two barrel carb spacer with a PCV nipple. If any one has a spare please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Yes, I bought one from E-bay for $30. I needed to add a PCV system and wanted to get it from the base of the carb, but I ended up drilling a hole onto the intake. Thank you.
