Door handle options?

Anyone out there know of a good flush mount door handle that will fit our cars? I don't like the looks of the original handle sticking out but I don't think I want to shave it and have the door poppers. I've only seen a couple of flush mounts in the mags but not sure whats involved, anyone know?
