i bought it in the 80's for 500 bucks in palm desert cal.was gunmetal grey and white w/b/w int.i stipped the whole car to metal and painted it 58 gulfstream blue.with a matching interior.put all nos trim and gold on it.had the pieces since the 60's .bought them from a local dealer.lowered it 3 in. put a 4 spd behind the rblt 312.that's what 312's needed.had a stoplight race with a 57 chevy and cleaned his clock.he asked me if i had a 427 in it,i said no a 272,and don't beleive all the scrub nonsence you've heard all these years.
