I am trying to get better gas mileage and performance from my 312 y block. I was advised to try the Holley 0-1848-1 4 barrel. Has anyone tried this or any other suggestions.

my information says 1848 is for a 59 352.it may help power,but will need to be rejeted to make it work properly with the 312
