Disc Brake Conversion That Will work with 14 inch Cragar SS Rims

This question has probably been asked before but is there an aftermarket Front & Rear Disc brake conversion that will work with 14 in Cragar SS Wheels.. When I bought my 63A is had a set of 5 brand new tires and wheels and I am reluctant to go to a larger wheel [for the time being] if I don't have to.

I had 14" aftermarket, slotted aluminum wheels on the front with the Granada swap with no issue.  Those SS wheels are steel and have more clearance than OEM steel wheels and aftermarket aluminum wheels.  I never fit a 14" on the rear SVO disc setup.
