Lower control arm bushings, sway bar bushings

I have some left over parts from some recent work on my car.

I have 4 new unused lower control arm bushings, 4 new unused sway bar rubber bushings and two upper control arm shafts that were removed from my car.  I got new ones in my kit of parts, but I have my old ones all cleaned up and measured the diameter of the shafts and they all appear just fine. 

I would like to have $45 for the whole mess and I will include priority shipping to the lower 48.

These are all new parts except for the upper control arm shafts.  These shafts are $150 each in the Concours Parts catalog.  A good deal if you need them.
