brake squeal

i can'tgive my wife a answer,  maybe someone can tell me why.    if i don't drive my car for a couple of dAys and i go for a drive,  leaving the drive way,  using the brakes,  i get a squeal when i step on the brakes,  so whats happening? so i can tell the wife and get her off of my back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,   thANKS,      JERRY

It's a very slight rust build up on the drums. Should go away with a couple brake applications.
Our Explorer, F-350, and my 57 gets it to.
