WTB Door lock knob Rod.

I am looking for the Door Lock Pull Knob Rod for the passenger side door of a 57 Ranchero. To be clear it is the threaded (on the knob end) vertical rod that connects to the door lock mechanism that you pull up on to unlock the door. I have the original black knob but sometime in the last 50 years, someone misplaced the original rod and replaced it with a piece of bent metal coat hanger. It doesn't work right and the knob slides right off.
Please let me know if you have one or know somewhere I can obtain one.
