Hey guys I am hunting for a good running y block that doesnt need rebuilt. Just want to put it in and go.

Ricky , I looked at a 292 in Tallapoosa about a year ago. It's probably still there . It was built several years ago (maybe 8 or 10 I don't know) and never started up.It has been on a stand in a dry building all that time. it didn't have a carb. or distributor. He started out high (they had a lot in it) but his last price to me was $700. I think. The guys Dad was having it built and passed away before it was finished. They dropped it when putting on stand and broke a rocker arm ? If you want contact info send me a PM and I send it to you.
