There were a handful of good 57's in Detroit.A couple of well done 57 Kustoms as well.I will keep digging to find the others. But for now, these were outstanding.

Love seeing the Custom bumper used out back of the Fairlane, much cleaner look than the heavier one. And the notches for the tail pipes complete the look for me. Thank you for sharing.

The Coral and white Fairlane was a  very very nice car,I am not a fan of chopped 57's but in this case the whole packed really worked and reminded me of a late 50's build that had awesome execution.I really like the tail fin extensions and the rear tail lights were all moulded in.I posted these because of the dialog a few weeks back on that subject.I am also a huge fan of Coral and white.
That could be my feminine side reaching out.ha ha ha ha
I had a 34 3 window once that was black exterior but a coral and cream white interior.I loved it but all my pals made fun of me calling it Rooster Dink Pink!
Anyhow, the other custom is a friend of mine from Jersey, real die-hard Kustom guy and the car had all the right parts, stance and looks. The Edsel tail lights made it for me.The Watson style paint is also very well done.He and his wife are very nice people.

Not a big fan of the Edsel taillights in a Fairlane/ Custom. They look much more at home in a Ranchero or wagon.
