312 from Fairlane to Wagon

So I posted my car for sale here and it didn't sell so now I'm OK to restore it.
Found a 312 in a Fairlane.
Can anyone tell me if there is any reason why it WON'T be a fairly simple job to pull and swap it into my wagon?

Figuring I can use all the stuff from the front seat forward from the donor car.
Just wondering what I might be overlooking.
