Harmonic balancer

I'm thinking about adding power steering to my Custom. I would be in need of a double pulley harmonic balancer to run the pump. Would anyone have a good used one at a decent price to sell? I found a new old stock one on Ebay for about $250.00 with shipping. I think that is too high for the part. Thanks.  Don
