57 neutral safety switch vs. a 59

Does anyone know the difference between a 57 neutral safety switch and a 59, other than two years?   

I know they 57 and 58 are pretty much the same except that the 58 can start in Park and neutral, vs. the 57 that can only start in neutral.

If they are different does someone have a picture showing it mounted?
