major speedo problem - need help

 HI ALL, I REALLY AM IN DIRE NEED OF ANOTHER SPEEDO DASH ASSEMBLY, REALLY REALLY REALLY- - - HI TEAM, been a long time- spedo started swinging to the right then was ok, then started swinging to left & finally broke cable & neddle ,we put in new cable but neddle will not work-- in dire need of new ? to make it work, was stopped by the police for speeding but let go, really need some help on this- thanks much

 Getting to old to do this stuff - hoping someone has a whole piece I can just swap
