Any chance 4.250 bolt pattern?

I took a tape measure across my lug nuts and it looks like they measure 4 1/4 center to center, could this be so? And whats the best back space on wheels for our cars?

Your bolt pattern should be 5 x 4 1/2.  On a five lug pattern, you need to measure from the center of one wheel stud to the back of the other stud.  Sounds strange, but that's how it works.
