One of the 57 500s I had and let get away had a 58 Fairlane rear bumper.  Really fit and looked much better then the big chunk that was/is stock.

my 57 SD also had a 58 rear bumper, which has different bumper guards and it looked nice.

Re; Best proportioned car.
Just remember how ugly the 59 GM and Mopar cars were! Even the little Rambler "bathtubs" looked
better than most 59 cars. The Ford was an easy winner.
