Sway Bar bushings

I want to change my rubber bushings to polyurethane as the squeaking is driving me crazy.
Will any generic poly bushings work,with the right diameter,7/8 I think

I'm not aware of any polyurethane replacements for the stock bar, maybe some else does. My personal experience has been poly bushings squeak more then rubber..
