   Mounted the race tires and discovered these tires are huge, like almost 11.5 section width. I have less than 1/4" to the fender lip and that is with trimming it most of the way back and re-welding  and around 1/2" clearance to the leaf spring, it also very tight in the outer wheel well. Just trying to figure out my options. I'm thinking about moving the spring pocket inboard slightly then narrow the housing which would give me a 1/2" side to side. Got all winter to think about it I guess.

I haven't seen any evidence of my tires hitting the springs yet. They do hit the lips when the axle is cocked (like when the car is jacked up on one side). I haven't clearance mine yet for that.
