Looking for info/pics on a Custom convertible. I seem to remember seeing it on here. The guy offering to do it, Bud Kholar?

A photoshop "The Moose", on the Hamb, did for me a few years back when he asked what was our dream car.....
Lynn, I'm not sure, but it seems like one of the California '57 parts supplier guys passed away last year.......can't remember if it was Kolar.

That looks like a great custom, and I know it reqires a great deal of work. A few years back I had a very rusted out convertible and a slightly wrecked 2 door hard top. I cut the hardtop apart and transplanted all the convert parts into the hard top body, including the X frame.  What a hell of a job, but if I did not tell you, you would think it left Henry's house as a convertible.  Never again would I do that even if I were 33 instead of 73+.
