AC Conderser Size, what size should I use?

I need to purchase a condenser and Vintage Air says I could use a 14" Tall by 22" Wide or a 14" X 24".
What size have you used? What do I need to know about condensers, before I order?

I measured my Vintage Air condenser as best I could and it appears to be the 24". The mistake I made was mounting it too far out from the radiator. Mine is about 1 1/4+, and should be about 1/2" iirc.
btw, I got my hoses redone and car reassembled in time for the cruise-in last Saturday! My engine heater pipes turned out to be 3/4, not 5/8, but was able to use the 5/8 hose we talked about by cutting off the raised rib on the outer edge of the pipes, then heating the 5/8 hose with a heat gun.

With R134 you need as much condenser as you can get!  R12 was so much more resilient in high temps,  not so much with 134.  Hate to see what they are going to replace it with?

Don't the new cars have the new R1234??? that is 10x more expensive and highly flammable?
