tailgate lock

i have the complete set up....it just doesnt work. i took the key cylinder to a lock smith to have a key made. he handed it back to me to soak in PB blaster for a couple days. he worked with it an said the farthest back tumbler was still stuck (its junk). so im looking for a tailgate lock OR just a key cylinder either way WITH A KEY, so we are sure it works. if you have one or know of one please email me tommy5270@hotmail.com
