   I just noticed that you have a 57 E code car.
   Just curious...Does it still have the Y block with the dual quads?  Jay

Jay;  Yes it has been restored to original.  Took two cars and ten years or so.  Pretty much every nut and bolt. Used original parts as much as possible.  The carbs and manifold were long gone and had to be purchased, they are correct. Also correct T85 w/od found. 4:11 rear. Deviations from stock are: after market power brakes, tach, gauges, mild Isky, fuel pressure regulator, PCV system, HD sway bar, aux electric fuel pump, T-Bird wire wheels.  Fingerhut clear seatcovers over Le Baron Bonney interior and Hartz canvas top which I may change to correct pin point vinyl.  I have not been able to find a correct E code distributor which other than the part number seems to be identical other than one advance spring.
