Door latches

I was curious if the door latches inside the doors were the same for 2 doors and 4 doors? I've got a worn out drivers side on a custom 300 and can't seem to find anything reproduction so it's looking like I'm might have to hit up a salvage yard.

Custom Fordor rear door latches are the same as Custom front door latches but with extra hardware.  As I remember, one screw holds the extra hardware.  Remove the extra hardware and good to go.  My Tudor Custom has Fordor latches.

just for some insight for others, do the rears work like wagons where you can them from the inside and close the door (its stay locked)?
