I guess this question is for wagon and ranchero guys...

it's time to put the new tank in the car and can anybody tell me if there is some sort of rubber grommet/gasket/adapter that goes where the filler neck meets the gas tank? thx

Try Macs or Dennis Carpenter...
1957 Ford Custom 427 2x4 4 spd
Old, loud, and fast.

Thanks James. I couldn't find anything in the Dennis Carpenter catalogue or Mac's.

As I understand I do need one, generic o-ring might fit but apparently difficult to find the right size.

Meteor,

Concours has them.

It is part # 370322-S

Patrick / Dallas TX   :unitedstates:
If it won't fit, force it.
If it breaks, it needed replacing anyway.

Thanks Briney, I looked in their catalogue too but missed it.
