passenger side front turn signal not working

I just found out my passenger side front turn signal and parking light are not working. The left front and both rears work . I did some repair to the circuit block (near the voltage regulator) it didnt help , put in a known good bulb. Nothing helps. I'm thinking the trouble may be in the socket, not getting any voltage with voltmeter there. Can the back of the turn signal be serviced without pulling the grill? Does the signal pull out or twist, I cant turn tell what to do with it from the front. HELP !  Thanks Barry
