What clips/fasteners are needed for the SS 1/4 panel side trim on a Ranchero?

Will the actual part numbers and quantity help?

Some may be found NOS and some fastener companies have changeover listings.

I believe Bill Coslin, Cos, is currently installing the stainless on his Ranchero.  Perhaps he could tell you exactly what he used.

I would have to check but main used the wire clips on page 1 of the pdf. I would print the page and lay your trim over and see which clip would fit within the trim.
